Alta3 Research helps run public and private training classes, around the world, as well as developing training videos, for telecom and IT training- specializing in SIP / Avaya / IMS / IPv6 / VoIP. We study the RFCs, vendor products, and play with the technology to design high-quality teaching tools. Our goal is to make the comprehension of telecom technology stick.

Stuart Feeser is the CEO of Alta3 Research which he formed in 1997 after he left a high paying job in a large organization where he was frustrated by incompetence and poor management. His 35 years of experience in the telecom industry position him to be a leader in telecom technology research, consulting and training. In addition, Stu’s enthusiasm for the business and his ability to connect with people have contributed to his and the company’s successful mission to discover, conquer, and share the knowledge of the many facets of the telecom industry.
Stu is a 1978 graduate of Millersville University where he majored in Electronics. He continued his studies at SMU and received his master’s degree in Telecommunications Management in 1992.
Russell Zachary Feeser (Zach) joined the Alta3 Research team in 2010, after working for a top 100 Fortune 500 company, as a way to place fresh challenges on his IT skill sets and increase his breadth of experiences as a teacher.
Zach’s energy and drive has been a welcomed addition during a period of many rapid business expansions by Alta3 Research. A 2007 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology; he also holds his CCNA, and is deeply involved in development within linux platforms: CentOS, RHEL 6.0 and Ubuntu.
Matthew Lawson joined the Alta3 team in 2011 working to redevelop the Alta3 Research brand identity and launch the new website. Matthew spends his time between Los Angeles and New York, and appreciates all things technology.
Attending the Rochester Institute of Technology and graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s of AAS in New Media Design, Internet Marketing and Mass Media Communications, Matthew lept at the opportunity to become part of the Alta3 team. Matthew has been working as a web designer / developer for the past 7 years.
