Course Description

In this 2 day training class, an instructor will review the MEGACO / h.248 protocol fundamentals. Students will remain engaged as they learn via PowerPoint, training manuals and participate in call flow analyses. Students will learn about the evolution of the PSTN to include the IP Network, the Media Gateway Controller / Media Gateway relationship and how this signaling protocol fits in the PSTN. Course can be tailored to customers specific training needs.
